  • Tanner Denney

    Meet Tanner Denney, who is more commonly known as by Bboy Tarzan. With over 25 years of dancing experience under his belt, Tanner began his journey in high school and quickly became one of the trailblazers in Utah's breaking scene. Although he trained in various street styles, his heart has always remained with Bboy culture.

    As a proud member of New York City's legendary Dynamic Rockers Crew, Tanner has traveled across the United States and internationally to compete and perform. He also founded the Utah Chapter of the Dynamic Rockers Academy—Utah's top breaking academy—mentoring hundreds of dancers along the way.

    With more than 15 years of coaching experience, Tanner believes in building confidence, developing personal style, and mastering the fundamentals. He stands by the original Dynamic Rockers New York Style, ensuring that every student carries forward the authentic spirit of breaking. Today, he is considered an OG for his many contributions to breaking both in and out of Utah.

    When he’s not honing his breaking skills, Tanner enjoys a wide variety of music, daily ice plunges, sports, and skating, reflecting his energetic and adventurous spirit.

  • Tom Durham Jr.

    Tom Durham Jr.—also known as Major Tom and Doom Guy—is a motivated and energetic dancer whose journey began in childhood. He started with ballet alongside his twin sister and explored gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, and martial arts, all motivated by his dream of becoming a Jedi. An accidental visit to a Hip Hop class in middle school set him on a path of street dancing that has lasted over a decade.

    Over the years, Tom has trained in various styles like Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Ballroom, and Contemporary, eventually choosing to focus on Breaking and the art of Animation and Waving. He honed these skills under the mentorship of Bboy Tarzan, Jesse Sykes, and Rick Robinson.

    In college, Tom founded UVU’s ILLEST, a nonprofit that organized community dance events for charities fighting human trafficking, and later co-founded Cybotics, Utah’s first animation-focused dance crew. His military background influences his teaching style, emphasizing technical proficiency and dance fundamentals.

    Outside of dance, Tom is a history enthusiast who loves The Lord of the Rings, dreams of space travel, and even has plans to run for president.

  • Cameron Prestera

    Cameron Prestera—better known as Bboy Cam—is a passionate and dedicated breaker who started his journey at 15. After watching You Got Served, he found a local breaking class and was instantly hooked, kicking off a love for the dance that has lasted over 15 years.

    Cameron’s style is all about unique, dynamic movement. He’s always working to refine his technique and push his skills to the next level. Over the years, he’s competed in battles both locally and out of state, constantly learning and evolving as a dancer. His approach blends originality with precision, making his style both eye-catching and technical.

    With more than a decade of teaching experience, Cameron loves sharing his passion for breaking. He’s all about helping students find their own style while mastering the fundamentals. Whether he’s battling, teaching, or just vibing with the community, he brings energy, dedication, and a deep respect for the culture—always aiming to inspire the next generation of breakers.
